Live Video Classes - Xcel Bronze Gymnastics

Video classes with real MGA instructors! Classes are 1 hour long and consist of the following, which pertain to Xcel Bronze Girls Gymnastics:
- warm-up
- strength and flexibility training
- drills and technique for skills
- strength and conditioning
No previous experience in gymnastics is required! Skills and exercises done in Zoom classes are ones that can be done safely at home. All you need to attend is:
- a computer or phone connected to the internet
- a zoom account with the app downloaded on your device
- a soft, open area of approximately 10 feet (square)
Fold-out mats or roll-out foam surfaces are preferred, but if you don't have either, a soft carpeted are will work.
After your purchase, you will be sent an email with the meeting code and password, which you will use to login to the class. Classes can be purchased up to 6 days in advance.
